Through its Get Music Give Hope℠ program Music to Light the World donates one album to a cancer center or hospital for every album purchased.

Historical Timeline

1999 - Idea to compose Scripture inspired piano emerges while listening to peaceful, instrumental music
2000 - First piece composed (Grace and Truth), keyboard and computer purchased to begin recording
2001 - First CD Walk in the Light recorded, and given as a Christmas gift to family, friends and clients
2002 - Second CD Still Waters released, website created, first concert, listener outreach begins to grow
2003 - Music played on The Weather Channel, CD sales in 30 U.S. states, Canada, Germany, Sweden
2004 - Music to Light the World founded, third CD Draw Near released, first CDs donated to hospitals
2005 - Let Your Light Shine sampler CD/school program, 4th CD The Voice recorded with Will Ackerman
2006 - CD order milestone (all 50 states, 10 foreign countries), music exposure and donated CDs increase
2007 - Peace #1 song on Soundscapes cable channel, 5th CD Unveiled released and live concert DVD filmed
2008 - Milestone of 250,000 souls touched since 2004 by CDs, MP3 listens/downloads and concerts alone
2009 - 6th CD December Peace released, Get Music Give Hope℠ program, first national radio interview
2010 - December Peace wins 2009 Best Holiday Album and is distributed in Korea, 6,720 CDs donated to 85 hospitals, public relations effort touches 1 million+ souls via Moody Radio and Haven Today broadcasts
2011 - 7th album A Thousand Years released, Moody and Haven Today national radio, 100 Huntley Street television broadcast reaches 1 million Canadian viewers, 10,000 Get Music Give Hope℠ CDs donated to children in 106 hospitals served by Beads of Courage. Over 4 million souls touched since 2004.
