Coughing and Gratitude

February 22, 2011 By Stanton Lanier 1 Comment

I have had a bad cold and cough for over a week, which has made me frustrated most of the time, and irritable some of the time.  Not fun.  Whatever life brings, gratitude is key. There are always things to be thankful for.  So, when I cough today it will remind me to think of a blessing I can count.

    Dear Stanton,
It truly was a pleasure meeting you at our St. Brigid’s Peace series. Even though you had an URI, you were still very inspiring, both your music and your story.
As you know there are no accidents in life, just lessons and opportunity for growth.
I love the way you play the piano, it truly is beautiful.
May God Bless you in your efforts, and good health.
A sister in Christ, Rhonda S. Clarke
