INSPIRATIONAL NOTES

We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.1  I’ll stride freely through wide open spaces as I look for your truth and your wisdom.2 As soon as the priests who carry the ark . . . set foot in the Jordan, its waters flowing downstream will be cut off (crossing waters).3  I’ll pour a spirit of grace and prayer over them.4  You put us in charge of your handcrafted world . . . birds flying and fish swimming, whales singing in the ocean deeps.5  Dear lover and friend, you’re a secret garden, a private and pure fountain.6  My soul longs for you like a desert thirsty for rain.7   Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.8  Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (rejoicing).9  Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.10   He reveals the deep things of darkness, and brings deep shadows into the light.11  The Son gives life . . . Anyone here who believes what I am saying right now and aligns himself with the Father, who has in fact put me in charge, has at this very moment the real and lasting life.12

Music to Light the World’s vision to offer God’s “peace and rest in a hurried world” has touched millions of lives through concerts, recordings, sheet music and our Get Music Give Hope program (approaching 100,000 CDs donated to cancer patients and others in need of hope and healing). This journey continues to be filled with mystery and wonder. I am truly grateful for your faithful support.
